The ip provided is an Anycast ip. So the ip you are looking up will route locally in the country you are testing it from. (As per attached)

Hi,

So trying to understand the request/proposal : do you want us to only
list your node for .us ? a geoip lookup seems to always redirect to
Romania (tested from .us too)
Or do you want us to list that server only for Romania ?
