If the speeds are good, you could use 'mirror.leaseweb.net::centos' to rsync the full archive including DVD's. We sync every 4 hours with msync-dvd.

They don't currently allow anyone else to DVD sync from Msync (I tried like two weeks ago). They say the current mirror infrastructure would need a overhaul (Which I'm told is coming after the release of 6.x). Your only way to get DVD's is to pull them off a mirror that already has them.

How do I get access to rsync DVD images from msync.centos.org?
We sync from a different server than what hosts our mirror. acer-vm.ncsa.illinois.edu would need the rsync privileges.

The mirror has been added. It should show up on the website in a few hours.
