Could you show your rsync methods?

There's something weird on your timestamp.txt.
http://mirror.redsox.cc/centos/timestamp.txt

The content was "Thu Nov  3 03:55:01 UTC 2016"
But the timestamp on dir listing was "2016-11-02 23:45"

For example you can see on
http://kodeterbuka.beritagar.id/centos/timestamp.txt and
http://kodeterbuka.beritagar.id/centos/

The content of timestamp.txt and dir listing should be same.
