What probably happened is that the original guy misunderstood "Sponsoring Organization" and put Locaweb because that's where the server is housed.  Just a thought.

That one has been added in 2009, Thiago Avelino asked for inclusion of
that mirror on this list. So this isn't a mirror sponsored by you?
