I have added a rsync server to mirrors.ircam.fr. CentOS is now available as rsync://mirrors.ircam.fr/CentOS/ in addition to FTP and HTTP.
I have added the rsync URL to the mirror database. You should see the addition of the rsync url on the mirror list shortly.
