Your IP address[es] (103.157.26.222 ) has/have been added in the ACL and so you should be able to rsync from msync.centos.org in the next ~10min
PS : it seems rsyncd isn't open though : rsync rsync://mirror.cloudweeb.com/centos/ rsync: failed to connect to mirror.cloudweeb.com (103.157.26.222): Connection refused (111)
