So the mirror crawler just runs in "loop" to always validate all mirrors and mirrors content. (you can see the last refresh on https://mirror-status.centos.org)
I see that your mirror is now up2date and so included in mirrorlists and also then listed on https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/
