My coworker noticed some slowness occurring last night when he was trying update and pointed at our mirror. I was trying to figure out if it was just a case of rsync cron jobs running + folks updating which was causing the issue, or if it was something else.

For example, right now several folks are yum updating from me(repo.atlantic.nethttp://repo.atlantic.net), but I can only see it by tcpdumping.
