Howdy,
I Have set up a CentOS mirror in Lisbon, Portugal.
This mirror is directly connected into nfsi telecom network, with multiple upstream connections and presence in LINX (London) and GigaPIX (Lisbon).
To access it you can use:

The mirror is updated daily.
