We discussed with the Infra team, and that mirror proposal is in the same ASN as existing/bigger mirrors : AS16276 OVH SAS OVH is already providing mirrors ( http://centos.mirrors.ovh.net/ftp.centos.org/ ) with redundancy in that space so we don't think that it would be a good idea to add another one served from the same ASN.
