Looks like your mirror is not up to date. At the moment http://repos.forethought.net/centos/timestamp.txt shows "Thu Jan  7 16:10:01 UTC 2016". Please check your syncing scripts and that they are executed periodically.

Once the problem has been fixed and the mirror checker checks your mirror, your mirror will be automatically added to the list again. This process may take a few hours.

http://mirror-status.centos.org/ is also a good reference.
