looks like something is wrong on CentOS master mirrors. I am admin of ftp.upjs.sk centos mirror. At 16th june started to repeatedly download/delete this temporary file. Looks like it's forgotten somewhere on master mirrors. Here are logs:

Just had a look at the logs, but it seems that one node had that issue but it was automatically resolved while I was on holidays .. Thanks for the report, if still there is nothing to do at this stage anymore
