Cheers.  We're up to date now. 

I noticed that we show up under "North America" instead of under "Canada", like all of the other Canadian mirrors do.  Do you know why this is?

Yes, when that mirror will be "current" and not "behind" (his current
state in the mirror DB). You can see on the mirror-status page that
mirror is actually 1.8 day behind.
Verify/fix your rsync job and the mirror will automagically appear on
the centos.org/download/mirrors page when it will be up2date.
