I'd like to tell that new centos mirror is synced in Poland. ftp://ftp.pbone.net/pub/centos rsync://ftp.pbone.net/centos/
Bandwidth to some polish isp 100mbps. Bandwidth to rest world 10mbps.
I mirror i386 and x86_64 tree. Regards.
