That is strange. You should get mirrors from am, tr, ge and ru. ge points to tr and eg. eg points to it and gr, so maybe some major redirection happens here.
Could you please remove tr from this list? Our networks are not directly connected nor there is much bandwidth allocated on that path.
But: I see your mirror listed for .am, so it should be in the mirrorlist.
From which ip address are you getting that list?
All that I've tried from, f.e. 195.250.64.0/19
