What do you mean by "listed for 5.5"? We do not list mirrors for subversions, but only for major versions, like 5 or 6.

But http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=5&arch=x86_64&repo=updates and http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=6&arch=x86_64&repo=updates links gives me correct information, ftp.linux.lg.ua listed there.
