I have solved the rsync problem, you can leave the link as it is in the message rsync://mirrors.virtono.com/centos

Also we have changed cron to rsync using the following command:

rsync -aqzH --delete rsync://eu-msync.centos.org/CentOS/ /var/www/html/centos (tested and working properly)
