Interesting. Yea I thought it wasn't up to date due to being off the list. I used a mirrors rsync to get it up to date, seen it go back on the list. And now the main centos rsync is working again.

There is no need to re-add it, as it wasn't removed. From what you can see yourself on https://mirror-status.centos.org/ , your mirror wasn't added in lists because simply it wasn't up2date/current. I see that it seems now solved at your side ?
