The targets CentOS and CentOS-incdvd are the same now. Everyone should just use CentOS and not CentOS-incdvd.
BUT, your test is flawed ... you should only use CentOS-incdvd with the name msync-dvd.centos.org not with the name msync.centos.org. The target CentOS goes with msync.centos.org and the target CentOS-incdvd goes with msync-dvd.centos.org.
In the near future, the names for msync-dvd.centos.org and msync.centos.org and they will all point to the same place.
