We are also seeing around 111-112GB.
Using this command to rsync :
rsync -azHv --del --delay-updates --progress --contimeout=5 --stats msync-dvd.centos.org::CentOS /raid/mirror/centos
1.2M ./2.1 4.0K ./3.9 4.0K ./4.0 4.0K ./4.1 8.0K ./4.2 0 ./4.3 4.0K ./4.4 4.0K ./4.5 4.0K ./4.6 4.0K ./4.7 53G ./4.8 4.0K ./5.0 4.0K ./5.1 4.0K ./5.2 4.0K ./5.3 4.0K ./5.4 4.0K ./5.5 0 ./5 92K ./HEADER.images 272K ./build 68K ./dostools 2.1M ./graphics 4.0K ./5.6 41G ./6.0 0 ./6 19G ./5.7 112G .

Hrm. I run hardlink against the tree fairly regularly:
hardlink -m -t -o -f /srv/mirror/pub/centos
Could that be why? I'll take a look into it all the same.
Kind Regards,
