It is a pleasure and honor to assist the Centos Community with a mirror, and Altarch, I'm available.
Thanks ! Your mirror http://centos.itsbrasil.net/ has been added to the mirrors DB It will be listed as a public mirror (and on https://mirror-status.centos.org / https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ ) in the following minutes/hours. Your IP address[es] (187.44.221.14 2804:204:100:d::2) has/have been added in the ACL and so you should be able to rsync from msync.centos.org in the next ~10min
Remark : while you mention https, it's not working (but crawler doesn't need it to verify content) and your mirror is already "old" and so will not be included in lists as long as you haven't synced properly
Kind Regards,
