Hi,
I am asking you if you could remove gd.tuwien.ac.at from the mirror lists as they are doing traffic shaping to ~60kb/second and every austrian centos user needs to exclude this mirror if you do updates or install centos!
there are several other mirrors in Austria working perfect!
