I've tried accessing it from outside of the local network and am able to see the timestamp.txt in the centos directory. Am I missing something else?

Hi,
Just had a quick look and I see it working now on https://mirror-status.centos.org. So maybe a temporary network issue between crawler and your mirror ?
Anyway, seems ok now
