Just had a quick look and it's not even listed on https://mirror-status.centos.org/#br
So had another look at the DB and it was a different url, and out of date for long time.
I've just enabled it again but url is http://mirror.ci.ifes.edu.br/centos/ and it will be added later today after the crawler will have validated it again
