Sorry, we are using geo_cc.pm which plainly had a 'AM' -> 'TR' in there. I changed that, so it should show up in one of the next rounds.
Any chance to see http://ftp.byfly.by/pub/CentOS/ in mirrorlist response for Belarus (BY)?
