Hi Guys,
We are planning to setup a centos mirror. However, we prefer to exclude EOL versions of Centos in our mirros.
Is this fine ?

You don't need to exclude it, CentOS Mirror will automatically manage the content. Just rsync it and see :) (eg. CentOS 3.x content are only readme.txt file, there are no rpm)
