I have added a new CentOS mirror available at
http://centos.mattclements.co.uk/
The mirror syncs every 4 hours. Server is based in France. Website is http://mattclements.co.uk/
The server has access to a 1Gbps port within our Data Centre.
Currently excluding CentOS 2, 3 & 4

it sometimes takes Ralph a few days to get things done, so give it a bit longer
as for excluding 2,3 and 4 - this probably is pointless as theres no real content in those folders for normal mirrors (they just contain readme's that point to the vault) its less than 2MB of content in the context of approx 150GB for versions 5.x and 6.x currently
