These files have been added. For reference, below is the script I am using. This is based on a script found on the public mirror how to thread on centos.org. Hopefully it can help bring some additional mirrors up ;)
----------------------Begin File---------------
#!/bin/sh
rsync="rsync -aqvHz --delete"
# this should be auto-selected, but the centos mirror script doesn't # support selection by a specific protocol (i.e., rsync) mirror=us-msync.centos.org::CentOS #mirror=centos.cs.wisc.edu::centos #mirror=mirrors.usc.edu::centos
