I use rsync.mirrorservice.org to populate the mirror. How I use msync.centos.org to sync my mirror in the future??

I use rsync.mirrorservice.org to populate the mirror. How I use msync.centos.org to sync my mirror in the future??
You should be able to use msync.centos.org ...

There seems to be a problem accessing http://mirrors.telmexchile.cl ???
I can ping the ip - 200.27.3.23 , but it id not responding on port 80 ???
I have disabled this mirror for now - please advise when it is online.
