Again (No, the machine isn't added yet, Yes, I'd like a mirror in Azerbaijan):

One question before adding the machine: Would you (geographically) see Azerbaijan as "Russia" or as "Middle East"? The reason: Into which area of the two do you have better IP connectivity - this is for returning your server via geo ip (or rather as a region to put it in).
