CentOS Mirror website_ http://centos.cadt.com
There is a slight problem with this mirror. The mirror checker scripts and CentOS installations themselves expect that to get, say, x86_64 CentOS 6.4's updates, the files are found from the mirror URL + version + repository + architecture. In your case, the full URL for that would be http://centos.cadt.com/6.4/updates/x86_64/
However, that URL does not seem to work because you seem to be using some sort of a "directory browser" script, which points to files in /mirror and /?dir=mirror/6.4/
_Bandwidth_ 30Mbps
This may also be a concern. Generally we only accept mirrors with a speed of at least 100Mbit/s (with exceptions for remote locations such as Africa).
If you want to help with the file distribution, one option would be to set up a bittorrent seedbox with CentOS files. There are no bandwidth limits for that.
Dear Sir, I have removed the 'mirror'. You now can access the mirror as
http://centos.cadt.com/6.4/updates/x86_64/
For the bandwidth there is my mistake. We use fiber here so the bandwidth is arounf 100Mb
Best regards.

sounds like you need to call a sysadmin:
apache indexing: http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/enabling-apache-file-directory-indexing/
depending on your webserver permissions: the folders need to be 755 and your files 644, the following 2 commands will do that if you cd to the mirror doc root first:
find . -type d -print0 | xargs -0 chmod 0755 find . -type f -print0 | xargs -0 chmod 0644

Dear Sir, I have done the changes . Thank you for the information
I'm wondering why the permissions are not correctly gathered automaticlaly from the master mirror in my initial rsync. Maybe I need to use additional options for rsync (-p, -A) in my cronjob to keep the good permissions forever? In this case, maybe the information in
http://www.centos.org/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=22
must be reviewed accordingly,
Pasqual.

I've never had issues with the syncing messing with permissions
it will be something specific to your server and default apache folder permissions setup, its more than likely the disabling of indexes that was your problem Kind regards, Anthony Somerset
