Thiago,
Your DNS is misconfigured.
You should NOT use IP Addresses on NS records, but, valid A entries.
# dig ns centos-br.org
;; QUESTION SECTION: ;centos-br.org. IN NS
;; ANSWER SECTION: centos-br.org. 6326 IN NS 189.126.103.197. centos-br.org. 6326 IN NS 189.126.103.196.
this is wrong...
You should add some nsX.centos-br.org and nsY.centos-br.org, pointing to those, and then, add proper NS records.
This won't work the way it is now.

Am I yelling at you when your mirror is not up to date? This is a volontary work in case you are forgetting.
By the way, quit that top posting habit on this mailing list.

Excuse me....
Tru, not doing this transfer of mirror.avelino.us/centos/, on the list?

What? Isn't http://www.locaweb.com.br/ the URL for the sponsor? If not: How are we supposed to know this from the mails you sent to this list?
Further: I don't like the tone in your mails. Either communicate with us like a normal person or go away. Nobody here will jump, just becasue you say so.
Ralph
Ralph, I simply asked a question if the mirror was on the list because the server is monitoring this and out of traffic, plain and simple.
Sorry if misunderstood my email.
