So, I have added both servers in the mirrors DB, and added those two IPs in the msync acl (so you'll be able to sync from eu-msync/msync in the following hour, and your mirrors will appear on mirror-status and mirrorlists).
I think though that it's the first time we get a proposal to have two mirrors in the same AS (AS20552)

They are, and if you meant on mirrorlist, that needs time as each mirror listed on http://mirror-status.centos.org/ is checked in loop ... Or did you mean something else ?
