Hi,
Can you verify that your firewall isn't blocking tcp/80, as it seems the case right now (well not rejecting, but at least silently dropping), and verified from multiple places/countries.

It seems you fixed the fw/routing issue, so your mirror has been added to the mirrors DB and will normally be listed as a public mirror (and on http://mirror-status.centos.org / http://centos.org/download/mirrors/ ) in the following minutes/hours. Your IP has been whitelisted (check that it's working in the following hour)
