Hmm, this mirror was already in our database, but because it is not up to date, it is not listed on https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/
As of now, http://mirror-status.centos.org/#ar shows the mirror's age as 5.5 days. In addition, http://centos.xfree.com.ar/7.4.1708/ is not available. Please make sure you are syncing properly from rsync://us-msync.centos.org/CentOS/ and also make sure you are not excluding anything.
Once this has been fixed, the mirror monitor script will add your mirror to the lists automatically.
