Hi, thanks, but according to https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors you must use one of the external mirrors providing rsync access. You can find that list here: https://centos.org/download/mirrors/
After the sync, you are advised to check that your mirror's URL works, also from outside your organization. As of now, I get this:
$ host centos.mirror.infinity.iq Host centos.mirror.infinity.iq not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Please let us know when you think your mirror is ready and reachable. Thanks!

OK, looks good now. You can now switch to rsyncing from rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/
Once you have synced your mirror and our mirror crawler has visited your mirror again (this may take up to four hours), your mirror will be shown on the download page, https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/
Thanks!
