Hi,
Just launched the pre-flight checks and we can't even validate the mirror : it seems it times out when trying to get anything but the index ... Can you verify/fix/open properly your mirror and then submit it again for review ?

Your IP address[es] (89.19.19.19 ) has/have been added in the ACL and so you should be able to rsync from msync.centos.org in the next ~10min
