I am interested in becoming a CentOS mirror, but when I looked at the How To, it didn't bother to say how much HD space it is going to require. I have a large amount of BW to spare, but HD space is premium for me. Rather than wasting resources and downloading the entire mirror like it suggest, I figure it's better to ask here.
So, how much space would be required to mirror the entire setup?
I may also look at mirroring just the 5.X series out of necessity. Is that allowed as a public mirror?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It uses 156G on my mirror. Setting aside 200G is probably safe.

Wow...200G is alot. How far back does the mirror go, as in versions? Even 30G for just the 5.X series would push me a bit. I have loads of BW, but only 100G of HD space to use for this. I would mirror Cent in a heartbeat, but I just can't afford the HD space.
Maybe things will change. If I can mirror just the 5.X branch, or maybe just the 5.3 branch, and still be listed publicly, I may be able to help.

Hello guys, As we established our pure IPv6 link we found there are almost no IPv6 accessible CentOS mirrors and no IPv6 update repositories. Correct me if I?m wrong.
Because of this we created IPv6 mirror with information bellow
Hostname : mirror.its.cz IPv6 only : 2a02:db8:0:1::110 Bandwidth : 60 Mbit dedicated Location : Prague, Czech Republic
Send us back your comments please.
Thanks, Lumir

Bye, Raymond.
mirrors.nfsi.pt is dualstacked for ages.
having a "IPv6 only" mirror is not a good practice at this stage on IPv6.
