Hi, mirrors.nav.ro does not seem to be in your external DNS?
Also note that according to https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors you should make your initial sync from some other external mirrors. A list of those external mirrors can be found from https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/
