Hi, I have now added your IP addresses to the ACL so you can sync directly from rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/
However, before adding your mirror to the public mirror list, I'd like to have a confirmation of the URLs you specified.
It appears that the CentOS files reside in http://ftp.nsc.ru/pub/centos/ and ftp://ftp.nsc.ru/pub/centos/ -- should I add these, or do you want to remove the /pub part from the address?
The rsync URL is correct, but looks like it has some problems with IPv4. IPv6 works fine.
$ rsync -4 rsync://ftp.nsc.ru/centos/ rsync: failed to connect to ftp.nsc.ru (217.79.61.35): Connection refused (111) rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(122) [Receiver=3.0.9]
Thanks for your time.
