Our mirrors site is http://mirrors.csumb.edu/centos We're updating twice a day 2pm and 4am (GMT -8) We're located in Seaside, CA USA CSU Monterey Bay (http://csumb.edu) is hosting this mirror Server has a 100mbit connection and we have a 1000mbit connection to the internet.

Let me try something else ...
by running it on a different port number, most of the users are going to be excluded from the mirror, and the ones with firewall issues, are just going to sit there with error reports!!!
why cant the mirror run on :80 ?
