We've been syncing mirror.steadfast.net from msync.centos.org and pulling the DVDs from a slow alternate resource for a while. I was wondering if you I could get the details to sync the DVDs from the master mirror and allow 208.100.4.53 in. I emailed this privately, but never got any response.

Would syncing from kernel.org be faster?

It might, I think I used to sync from kernel.org before we became a listed mirror. I really would just like to consolidate the syncing to one run.
If you want to sync from us e-mail ftpadmin@kernel.org or poke me on irc (freenode user warthog9 or really on most networks it's likely me) and I can get you setup.

Kevin,
Done. ...
rsync <your options here> msync-dvd.centos.org::CentOS-incdvd <your-path>
We are doing major work on the centos infrastructure to try and make this work better than before.
Thanks, Johnny Hughes
