Hi Pascal,
That mirror exists for a long time, but is actually 21 days behind (so not listed in the yum mirrorlist nor http://www.centos.org/download/mirrors) : see http://mirror-status.centos.org/#be the only difference I see is the rsync addess : you ftp.belnet.be while it's rsync.belnet.be in our current DB : that doesn't make a difference, as both are CNAME for barbar.belnet.be
Can you verify what's the issue on your side ?
