The correct step would be to use the template from the wiki, so that you also declare the ipv4/ipv6 address[es] to automatically authorize in the msync network :

I was about to ask the same question - mirror.centos.com does not resolve, and when I run a constant ping to centos.com, the packets drop with a "destination port unreachable" (irrelevant, I know however thought worth mentioning).
