Thanks : it has been added to the mirrors DB and will normally be listed as a public mirror (and on http://mirror-status.centos.org / http://centos.org/download/mirrors/ ) in the following hours. Your IP has been whitelisted (check that it's working in the following hour)

The mirrorlist script lists only 10 mirrors. As there are 15 up-to-date mirrors in Australia, some mirrors will not fit on the list. The selection of those 10 mirrors is randomized every few hours. If you try again later on, you may see your mirror listed again. Note that in the examples you posted below, there are also other mirrors that are not listed for C6, even though they're listed for C5, and vice versa.

Hi Fabian,
Can you please authorise 101.0.120.90
We are migrating to a new physical server in the same datacentre, however we're re-numbering the server.
IPv6 address will update later, however we force the rsync to come from the IPv4 address.
Thanks, Matt.

Hi,
We are migrating to our next iteration of mirror server as the old one had reached it's limits.
Can you please whitelist our new IPs:
101.0.120.122 2401:fc00:0:201::2
This will be a progressive move, so please don't remove the old ACL's for at least 2 weeks.
Thanks, Matt.

Sure, these IPs have now been added. The entry for the old IP address has been set to expire in November, which I think might be sufficient.
