Hi,
Let me copy/paste the answer from February (https://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos-mirror/2021-February/024666.html)

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your proposal. I was just wondering : as we have already quite some mirrors in Germany (see https://mirror-status.centos.org/#de) , probably connected at gbit speed (or more), wouldn't that be counter-productive to add a 250mbit connected one in the pool ? </paste>
Kind Regards,
