Now my storage are online again, but I can't sync from msync.centos.org, it report @ERROR: Unknown module 'CentOS', what can I do now?

Thanks for the notification. What I've done is just marking that mirror as currently disabled so the crawler process will stop checking that mirror. Let us know when we can active it back.

That's because we implemented the ACLs on the msync nodes for a faster 7 release. Can you confirm that your IP to authorize is 219.216.128.25 ? (as some mirrors behind NAT/Firewalls use different IP for inbound/outbound) Once you'll have confirmed, I'll add it and you'll then be able to rsync again.
