That existing mirror has been put back as "enabled" and I also updated the email contact address, as that's where we are sending notifications when mirrors aren't up2date and then removed.
It should appear soon back in mirrorlists and also on website.

Nope, that signature.asc was only Fabian's PGP signature for his email, confirming that he was indeed the person who wrote the email. You get all the needed mirror content from rsync://msync.centos.org/CentOS/ and you must not do any additions/removals to that content.
There is a problem with your mirror: URLs such as http://mirror.unej.ac.id/centos/7.5.1804/ and http://mirror.unej.ac.id/centos/6.10/ give me a 403 Forbidden error, causing your mirror to be not included in the output of mirrorlist.centos.org or isoredirect.centos.org. This would need to be fixed. Thanks for looking into this issue!
