How much disk space required to become a Tier 1 mirror? Can someone send me a du -s -h ?

It depends on whether you want to mirror all releases on all architectures. For example, we mirror only CentOS 3 and 4, not 2, and we only mirror i386 and x86_64. We also add in the DVD isos that are not required on mirrors. This is 46 GB.

I only have the repo that includes the DVD images since the addition of CentOS 5 Beta. But see below for a breakdown:
