We at DF, the computer society at Lund University (www.df.lth.se), have setup a centos mirror. It's available at: http://ftp.df.lth.se/pub/centos ftp://ftp.df.lth.se/pub/centos rsync://ftp.df.lth.se/centos
It's updated 4 times per day and it has a 1Gbps connection. The location of the server is Lund, Sweden.
